Biography

Taapsee Pannu is an Indian model-turned-movie actress. An ethnic Punjabi, she was a software engineer before pursuing modeling which eventually led her to acting. Appearing in several commercials, Taapsee also won Pantaloons Femina Miss Fresh Face and Safi Femina Miss Beautiful Skin, during her modeling days. Raghavendra Rao's romantic-musical Jhummandi Naadam.^[3] Her next release was Aadukalam (2011), her debut Tamil film that went on to win several National Film Awards.^[4] She also forayed into Malayalam cinema later that year, starring in Doubles opposite Mammootty not a good role to justify her talent as a actress just as a side kick^[5] She is done working in one Tamil film and is currently working on one Telugu film, and has signed her first Hindi project.she rejected suryas upcoming film which was replaced with kajal aggarwal.
